Social Therapeutics and Social Construction

Social Therapeutics and Social Construction

Robyn Stratton-Berkessel is the host of Positivity Strategist, an interview series focusing on positive change methodologies, including social construction and appreciative inquiry. The current shows in this fabulous podcast, conceived in collaboration with the Taos Institute, feature a diverse group of scholars and practitioners responding to the invitation—”What are the innovations that social construction brings to our world?”

The podcast guests are Taos Associates who have written chapters for The Sage Handbook of Social Constructionist Practice, due out later this year. The first podcast in the series, “Social Innovation Practices Through the Lens of Social Construction,” is an interview with Celiane Carmago-Borges and Sheila McNamee, two of the four editors of the Handbook. I highly recommend it!

I’m proud to be among the authors in the Handbook and in Robyn’s podcast. The interview with me, “Social Therapeutics as Play, Performance and Becoming,” went live June 30. I hope you will listen and share!
