SUGATRA’S REPLIES ARE SO CLEAR-HEADED, THOUGHTFUL, AND CALM. I LEARNED A LOT JUST LISTENING TO HIM, FOR EXAMPLE, THE HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A KID WORKING BY HER/HIMSELF ON A COMPUTER AND CHILDREN SHARING A COMPUTER WITH ACCESS TO Internet for research. The question they asked about the moon was great; the interviewer was nonplussed (unimpressed) throughout. That said, I think she was fair and asked intelligent questions. Intelligent because it’s not a foregone conclusion, for example, that Sugatra’s work has applicability worldwide short of a restructuring of education in its totality.
